New stem for 2019 and made specifically for the Triad Elite tri-bike. The stem is designed to mesh with the Triad Elite headset spacers. It provides space inside to put the Di2 junction or SRAM blip box for electronic builds. One nice feature is the top plate of the stem is removable for access to Di2 charging port in the junction box without having to readjust your handlebars.

The access holes in the side of the stem allow brake/shifter cables to be run into the stem from the bars and extensions then out the back of the stem or into the front aero cover into the Triad Elite frame. Alternatively, if your base handlebars have a hole in the center where the stem clamps the cables can be run directly into the front of the stem for hidden cable installation.
